Offering Virtual Sessions and Walk & Talk Therapy
*Taking on new clients starting January 2026
Hi, I’m so glad you’ve landed here. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, people-pleasing, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. Many of the people I work with feel stuck or disconnected and are curious about gently exploring themselves with compassion and care. Together, we’ll bring awareness to different parts of you, your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns, to support healing, alignment, and a deeper connection with your authentic self.
I’m the owner and therapist at Unlocked Wellness, and I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. My work is compassionate, authentic, and attuned, meeting you exactly where you are. I blend talk therapy with somatic practices that help us tune into the body and nervous system. Somatic therapy works with how our past experiences live in the body, creating space for relief, regulation, and deeper self-understanding.
In our sessions, we’ll start by building a trusting relationship and getting to know your story at your own pace. From there, we’ll gently explore the pieces and patterns that make up who you are, supporting you in moving toward healing, balance, and a way of being that feels grounded and true to you.
I offer individual therapy, walk and talk therapy, and couple/relationship therapy.
Whether you are starting your therapy journey or wanting to reconnect to this work, I hope this space feels like the place to begin.

I bring warmth, curiosity, and a real, down-to-earth presence to therapy. You don’t have to show up any certain way here, messy, unsure, guarded, or hopeful, it’s all welcome. I see each of us as made up of many different parts, each carrying its own story and wisdom. My goal is to create a space that feels safe and human, where every part of you can show up, be seen, and start to soften into connection and understanding.

In our work together, we’ll get curious about what’s beneath the surface, your patterns, beliefs, and emotions, and how they’ve helped you cope or stay safe. As we explore these different parts of you, you’ll begin to understand them rather than fight them, creating more space for compassion and choice. Over time, this work helps you move forward in a way that aligns with who you really are.

Our minds and bodies are deeply connected. I incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based practices alongside talk therapy to help you connect with, integrate, and understand what’s happening inside, your internal experience. This holistic approach helps us work with how the nervous system holds old experiences and the pieces of our life story, creating space for relief, regulation, and deeper connection.

Life has taken me on a colourful journey, and along the way, I’ve learned the value of seeking support and embracing growth. These experiences have shaped my belief in trauma-informed, empathetic, and compassionate care.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, scribbling poetry, or out on a hike with my dog. I love cooking, exploring ways to grow both personally and professionally, and finding joy in the little moments that make life feel balanced.
