My trauma work is rooted in an integrative, body-based approach that supports embodiment and regulation, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and sense of safety. Together, we’ll gently create new experiences of presence, resilience, and trust within yourself, allowing what once felt overwhelming to shift and find new meaning.
Couples/Relationship Therapy
Relationships can bring joy, but they can also bring challenges. In couples therapy, I support you and your partner in building stronger communication, understanding, and connection. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and create space for a healthier, more authentic relationship.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Sometimes healing happens best outside the therapy room. Walk & Talk sessions combine the benefits of movement, fresh air, and conversation in a supportive, natural setting. This approach can ease stress, foster reflection, and help you feel more grounded as we explore what matters most to you.
