Unlocked Wellness provides psychotherapy services to adults in Ontario experiencing issues such as anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional distress (“Services”).
The information provided on this Site, including blog posts, videos, and resources, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A therapeutic relationship is established only after an intake assessment and signed consent forms.

The content of this Site is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.
Reading this Site or communicating with Unlocked Wellness via email, social media, or contact forms does not create a therapist–client relationship.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Where permitted by law, any claim or dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site may be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Ontario, in accordance with the province’s laws governing commercial arbitration.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, and each party shall bear its own legal costs. This provision does not prevent Unlocked Wellness from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
15. No Waiver
Failure by Unlocked Wellness to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unlocked Wellness regarding your use of this Site. They supersede all prior communications or understandings, written or oral, regarding the subject matter.
17. Termination
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to this Site without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful activity.
Upon termination, all provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall remain in effect.
